Withings bought by Nokia & not syncing

For the past 2 days, my weight and body fat measurements have not shown up on my Fitbit.  I tried to log into my Withings account to see if there was a problem there and when I went to the Withings site, I was redirected to Nokia.  Apparently Withings was bought out by Nokia.  I am unable to log into my account.  I've tried emailing Nokia but so far have no reply. 

 

Anyone else experiencing this?

Hello @JetBlast2, good to see you again! Indeed, I had a conversation with another user regarding the same experience you are going through. It was until then I knew this service was bought by Nokia, however from our end we don't have reports of an error or this integration has stopped working.

 

My recommendation would be to wait for a reply from Nokia to learn more about the issue you are experiencing. In the meantime try to unlink your accounts to start with, following this link https://www.fitbit.com/weight/withings

 

Once you have done that, reconnect your scale one more time using the same link or going here to use the Withings Connection Wizard.

Hi @JetBlast2 - I have a Withings scale and have not experienced any problems with the link to my fitbit account since Nokia acquired and rebranded the Withings site and fitness gadgets.

 

I've lost connection to my scale a couple of times in the past, however, and have been able to reestablish by going through the steps outlined in @RobertoME's post.

Thanks guys!  I appreciate the responses.  I have so far not received a reply from Nokia but the scale has started sending data to my Fitbit app again.  I have not tried the solution suggested yet since it started working again but eventually, I'm going to have to do something.  The battery in the scale will need to be replaced before too long and every time I've done that, it stops sending data and I have to go into the account and reconnect it.  The problem will be that my password didn't seem to get transferred from Withings to Nokia and with my email address having a typo, the "forgot my password" thing doesn't work.  The email address contains the word fitbit and I accidentally typed futbit since the "i" and the "u" are right beside each other so when I try to reset or retrieve my password, it is sending the info to a nonexistent email address and I can't log in and fix it. 

 

Hopefully Nokia will have an answer soon.

Hi @JetBlast2, thank you for keep us posted your scale is sending data again. I hope you don't need to use the troubleshooting steps in the future, but if is necessary keep this thread as a reference.

 

I tried to look for a phone number or chat support from Nokia support, bu it seem only through email can be reach. I'm sure they will contact you soon otherwise try to send another email so they can help you to recover your account access.
