Hi
I cannot get my Nokia(Withing) scale measurements imported with the fitbit tool.
https://www.fitbit.com/weight/withings
It does access my account and I'm allowed to select a profile but there is an error when trying to download my data.
My email is correctly in lowercase as previous posts on this matter suggests.
Fails on both Crome and Edge browers.
Withings does not have any settings on https://healthmate.withings.com/ that seems to be of help.
I'm currently trying to use IFTTT.com to sync but so far it's been less than ideal. For example the weight is doubled when syncing which gave us a good laugh at first..
Pulling my hair over this, especially after reading a fair bit on this forum about syncing before buying the scale.
Is this because Withings is changing to oAuth 2.0?
If not, will it become an issue when they change?
Is it possible for a developer to take a second look at this Withings to Fitbit tool?
Here is some information from Withings regarding their API changes:
http://developer.withings.com/oauth2/release.html
http://developer.withings.com/oauth2/#tag/introduction
Any and all help that you have is most apprieciated.
This is a present for my wife and the Fitbit integration was a key selling point.
Shes using a Fitbit charge 3.
Thank you!

Just to add myself to the list of people affected by this problem, again.
I'm about to replace my Charge2 and considered a Fitbit Ionic but instead I'm getting a Samsung Galaxy Sport. It's a similarly closed system and will have its own integration problems I'm sure, but I'm fed up with Fitbit and the lack of support.
Another customer lost...

You can also consider WeightNet, a free web integration. www.weemple.com/weightnet

Looks like this is now working again for me, as well. I was able to link my account and see the current information in FitBit.

Hello everyone!
As some of you have mentioned, the situation has been resolved now. They should be syncing with each other without any issues.
Thanks for your patience and understanding through this time.

After seeing posts here I tried importing Withings data again via the import wizard on Fitbit’s website and it worked!
thanks @LanuzaFitbit and your team.

Just unlink and relink it. This worked for both my wife and I.

Well you must be lucky! I just tried to unlink and re-link which did work but no data is coming across and I’m still getting the error message below.

Hello @Brimmers, @siul1979 and @Abys515.
Thanks for sharing those screenshots @Brimmers. @Abys515 and @siul1979, glad to read that it is indeed working for both of you.
@Brimmers I'd like to ask you some questions to better understand what might be going on:
In the meantime I'd recommend that you try clearing the browser's cache and then try to connect them again. That should let the connection go through without any issues.
I look forward to your reply.

I am using safari on iPhone. I have cleared the cache and tried again but got the same result.
i have also tried it on google chrome, cleared the cache and tried again, same result!
no data has come through other than all the data that came over on Friday covering the three weeks where it wasn’t working and then it stopped again.

Thanks for that picture @Brimmers and clarification. @SueChem Glad to read that it is working correctly for you.
@Brimmers In this case I'd like to recommend that you try to get in touch with Withings directly so that they can take a closer look at what is going on. At this moment everything seems to be working correctly from our end.
Keep me posted on how it goes or if you have any further questions.

Well @LanuzaFitbit it seems that Withings are more aware about what is going on than Fitbit are. This is their helpful and very prompt response:
Hello,
Thank you for contacting Withings Customer Support. I’m sorry to hear that your weight data stopped transferring to your Fitbit account. I'd be glad to assist.
Our developers already contacted Fitbit. We are currently doing an update and so as Fitbit and we just waiting for the announcement on when it is going to be done.
Please stay tuned for future feature announcements by following our Twitter and Facebook accounts, and checking on our blog.
So it looks like the ones that are working are the exception rather than the rule. Can you find out from your technical people exactly what is happening rather than just taking guesses???

@Brimmers thank you for the update and sorry for the delay in my reply. While I don't have any details about this issue, it is still being looked into by the team. As you said yourself the Withings team is also working with Fitbit to solve the issue so I can only ask for your patience. You can try relinking both accounts now from a different computer to see if you can complete the process and see if this resolves the issue.
Let me know how it goes.

Thanks @AlvaroFitbit I have tried unlinking and re-linking from a different PC (the problem isn’t the link anymore) however the data still isn’t coming over. It does appear that Fitbit don’t seem to be doing anything to rectify this, despite many requests and messages to @LanuzaFitbit I seem no further forward with this and it’s not worked since 14th April (apart from 1 day where all the data came through.
it really seems like you guys at Fitbit don’t care whether this works or not but believe me you are losing customers over issues like this.
i don’t feel like I’ve had a proper response to any of the messages I’ve sent and that none of this has even been looked into, I feel like I’m being fobbed of by people who just can’t be bothered even looking into what the problem actually is. None of LanuzaFitbit’s responses have been of any use and he is just reacting to what he is being told by customers who are posting on this thread....a poster says it’s fixed so he says it’s fixed!!!
how about a timescale and some explanation of what’s going on???
getting more and more annoyed by this.

@Brimmers thank you for trying the suggestions and sorry for the late reply.
As mentioned before we work with the information we have. Once we get more details we will gladly shared them here. Still many users are able to use the integration now but this will be looking into by the team.
I'll be around.
