Hi there @dtalksall, nice to see you visit the Fitbit Community again. Make sure the account you are using in the web-Dashboard is the same on your app. Note that all the information shared and synced on your Dashboard is shared across regardless if is the app or the online-Dashboard.
Make sure you are running the latest app version of the Fitbit app. The easiest way to find this is to review your app store to see if there is not an update available. If this is not the problem, try to log out from your Fitbit account and restart your phone. Once it has loaded log back in and give it another try.
If none of my previous suggestions resolved the issue, make sure to revoke the access from your applications settings and re-link both of your accounts once more.
