I cannot get my Fitbit to sync with my fitness pal. I've tried all the troubleshooting. I do the whole "revok access" thing and everything and it won't stay synced unless I do that every single day. What the heck!?

Since you have already tried what we recommend, please be so kind to get in touch with customer support at http://contact.fitbit.com or by calling (877) 623-4997 between the hours of 4am-8pm PST Mon-Fri and 6am-5pm PST on weekends. They will be able to further investigate and give you a hand with this.

I have the same problem with my weight watchers app. I revoked the access by mistake and now it wont come back on my access on my app. I wont even sync. I have called both Fitbit & weight watchers and no one can tell me why.

@Alockhart84 some you said that you revoked access, have you followed the link from here to reconnect WW?

You might also want to read this thread that has a solved answer. 

To keep the forums a little organized I've mixed this thread to the propper forum

@Rich_Laue that does nothing. It will connect on my WW, but wont work as the applicantion access doesnt show that I have given them access (only shows facebook and myfitnesspal)

Ok if you have not given WW access permission, then WW will not connect to Fitbit. You will then have follow my first link to the apps listing. Scroll down to WW and follow directions to reconnect. 

 

The solution for the second link i posted has a link to take you directly to the instructions to connect WW up to Fitbit. 

 

The statement "It will connect on my WW, but wont work as the applicantion access doesnt show that I have given them access (only shows facebook and myfitnesspal)", contradicts itself, you can not be connected on WW without foxing it access. 

Neither application can access each other, this happens between the fitbit server and the WW server.
