Welcome to the Forums @debbiemul! Just to avoid any confussion, the Charge HR should sync to your Fitbit account and then it syncs the information to MFP. If the information is syncing correctly to the Fitbit account the problem could be at MFP end. I'd try to link both accounts and see how it goes. Remember, this is the information that syncs to MFP and backwards:
