Hi I've tried to sync my charge that with mfp and it says on the mfp page that I am linked but none of the info shows up on either app. I've tried to join it through the fit bit ap too but no joy. Hoping you can help. Thanks

I have the blaze and can't sync to my fitness pal, is it different than how it's down on here?

Best Answer

I don't understsnd your question, your MyFitnessPal account syncs with your Fitbitbit account. Your tracker syncs with your Fitbit account. Your tracker can not sync to MyFittnessPal

Hi guys! Please receive a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks a million for the help @Rich_LaueCat Very Happy

@TerriHope I would suggest tracking your food information with MFP and track your steps and workouts with your Fitbit tracker. As you're doing the activities but you'not getting steps in your tracker, please try the restart and make sure that you're Fitbit is syncing. Which device are you using to track your steps? Have you noticed if it is working all the time? I'll be waiting for your response!

@Tesseybear Thanks for advising the computer option to @Skr.phys. I'm glad that this worked!

Did you tried this steps to disconnect from MFP @Dsnyder141? After you disconnect both accounts make sure to reconnect them back, using a computer. Fitbit Blaze connects in the same way that Fitbit Surge, after you entered all your information in MFP; it transfers that data to your Fitbit Account. Please let me know if you have any other question.

I'll be around! Smiley Very Happy

Mine just started linking the next day! I don’t know how or why. I had done everything they said to do, but it still would sync, then the next day it started syncing. I’m just happy it did!

Hi, I've tried these steps twice (once on the phone, once on computer) but to no avail. MFP simply quit syncing with my Fitbit app four days ago and I cannot get it working again. I've reset my Fitbit and rebooted my phone. Any other suggestions? Thx for any help!

It's great to have you here @JulesTracker, welcome! Cat Happy

Thanks for the troubleshoot that you've done. I would like you to confirm that you've done this unlinking procedure. If you've done and your data is still not transferring, then please contact MyFitnessPal directly for further instructions. Use your computer to perform this steps. You can learn more about how the third-party integration works.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need more help. Woman Wink

HI I am also having issues. I disconnected my fitbit from my fitness pal and reconnected it. It won't even show me the steps nor is my food input showing on my fit bit. Do I need to be a premium membe for it to work? Could this be the issue??? Help please

If I recall correctly, i logged out, deleted the apps on my phone and then connected the two apps on a desktop. Then reinstalled on my phone

I was having the same problem everyone seemed to be having with their MFP not syncing steps, but I followed your magical sequence and it worked! Thank you @1088jon!

As others have noted, this is an issue that has been acknowledged on MFP's side. You can read more here.

Until this issue is resolved, you can expect these two platforms to not sync with one another. We will update this thread when they resolve this issue.
