Won't sync with my fitness pal

Hi I've tried to sync my charge that with mfp and it says on the mfp page that I am linked but none of the info shows up on either app. I've tried to join it through the fit bit ap too but no joy. Hoping you can help. Thanks

Same problem with my Fitbit one.  Had it for 5 years, never a problem.  Now all,of a sudden, it won't sync with MFP.  All the data is in the Fitbit, but MFP is not receiving.  I'm about to give up which I hate to do after 5 years and 130 lbs lost and maintained.  I'm not sure what they did to screw this up.  I've installed and reinstalled a couple times.

I went and deleted my Fitbit using lap top
It wouldn't work using iPad
So try laptop/ computer go on MyFitnessPal main site

This is me exactly. I've uninstalled/reinstalled 3x, the data I ask to sync (water, calories) shows up in Fitbit dashboard, but my exercise/calorie adjustment FROM Fitbit doesn't show up in MFP like it use too. It use to give me an adjustment +\- of calories based on my Fitbit activity. That is tthe part that is broken & nothing is fixing.

Did you delete your Fitbit on desk top
I uninstalled both apps from my phone and iPad first then went on desktop the MFP main site to disconnected my Fitbit
Then reinstalled both aps on phone the connected my Fitbit back on MFP it worked for me

Then I think you have to contact MFP

Update:  I emailed MFP after I posted my original comment.  Now, it has synced.  They sent me a very impersonal reply that pretty much said to do what I already did.  Then magically, a few hours later...it synced.  It did this a few weeks ago and worked good for a couple weeks, so we will see how long this works.

I'm having the exact same problem with my Charge HR.  Both apps are working fine, but won't sync with each other.  Super annoying/frustrating.

I unlinked the apps. Waited about 20 minutes and then rekindled them. They are both syncing properly now. Hope this works for you.

Thank you for reaching out everyone! Thank you very much for the feedback and the details of the different scenarios.  A lot of users are having better results by uninstalling and reinstalling the Apps, before trying to unlink and relink them. We're still waiting for an specific reason of why this is happening since it seems to be  a connectivity issue between Apps.

Itis syncing with the food but it's not getting the steps or when I am on the eliptical..

When I try this solution and try to disconnect the app from MFP it does not disconnect.

You need to do it on laptop won't work on phone or iPad

I tried what you said. When I go back in after logging out it still says I'm connected!! It will not disconnect
