Wonky sync with myfitnesspal

I've been syncing FitBit with myfitnesspal for months with no issues (I use MFP for food). Today, I noticed that the sync for my lunch entry is really wonky. There are several entries, but they aren't duplicates. It's almost as if it's adding the summaries of the last 5 or 6 days of lunches. I'm not sure how to fix it, but also what the heck? Why?

The other wonky thing that just started happening yesterday is on my dashboard display on my FitBit app, the amount of water I've logged is totally wrong - for instance right now I've logged 1500 ml and the app says 25 ml. It is displayed accurately on the web application.

Hi Silvia,

Thanks so much for your advice. I've reset the app following your instructions. I'll check the link re: water bug.

Cheers!

Hi there - I have been using myfitnesspal with my fitbit for months and have been really happy with it.  In the last few days my calorie counts are coming through really strangely though - like yesterday I had four dinner entries all of varying amounts and now my fitbit says I was 2000 calories over yesterday.  I have closed the app and reopened as suggested to others but its still doing it.  Can someone help?

Cheers,
Clare

@kiwiclare Hey there! I appreciate the troubleshooting that you've done.  Please try unlink and relink both apps and see if this works. This has happened to some others, you may want to check the main thread so as soon as we have more information about this, someone will post it there.
