Wont sync with myfitnesspal, weightwatchers & verify email

Hello,

I got the new Fitbit Alta on Friday and it is still yet to sync with my fitness pal app and weight watchers. I have retried many times and over the weekend it was showing a few steps but only 27 when I had SEVERAL for that day? The fitbit app is also requesting that I verify my email, which I have also done and when I try and hit resend, nothing comes. My email is correct and I have checked the spam email box. I really like the alta but I just wish I could get these bugs worked out so I can fully use it. I decided to go with fitbit bc it had all of these sycing features to save me some time from tracking in 3 different apps and right now thats not working at all.

 

HELP!!

As far As WW it can be iffy when it will sync or not. But its A WW problem.
