charge won't register steps in my fitness pal

Up until about 3 days ago I could see my steps in my fitness pal. Now it continues to say "0". I have tried a force. Tried connecting and recinnecting. Sent email to the help desk and no response. What I enter in my fitness pal crosses into the fit bit app so guessing it's a fitbit issue. Any ideas?

That's not necessarily an indication that it is a Fitbit problem. When you sync your tracker your data is sent almost immediately to MFP. It then sits in a queue until it is released. Have you asked them to check?

I've been using it for a year together but all week it's not be syncing between the two services. I have tried to contact MFP about it. Fitbit's "help" site is down right now.
