Hi, i have the walgreens app, and linked the fitbit app and would not sync,now i cannot remove the fitbit or reinstall it ,it says Error while removing cloud Device,any help

@Sigma4506 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Are you removing it from the Walgreens app? You can revoke the access from your online Fitbit dashboard and then relink them. To revoke, just go to your online dashboard's settings and then click on "Applications". Search the Walgreens app and click on "revoke access". Then just link them again.

Hi, thanks for the help ,i did do that and didnt work,should i delete the account and make a new 1, Gary

@Sigma4506 Thanks for your reply. Are you getting any error messages when linking Fitbit with Walgreens? I think it will be better to contact Customer Support and report this problem there. Also, if possible, report it to Walgreens too.
Let me know how it goes or if you are receiving any error messages while linking them.

Hi, yes wont let me link , where you link is darken out so you cant link. thats why i tried to remove it and get the error,Thanks ill call fitbit support, called walgreens support there looking into it to,thanks , Sigma
