While I love the concept, they are antiquated and a bit slow. After 10 chats, countless emails, tweets and five calls, no one could fix the issue. Is that ok? No. Was my attempt without effort? No. I don't care who it works for. It didn't work for me and I am the one who pays for the service, not anyone else. On my last attempt some smart person answered the phone and fixed the problem. FINALLY! As this is a forum for help, not useless dribble and smack talk, the issue is the app does not sync. You have to go to the website, log on and sync it that way. It only took three days for them to tell me that.
