fitbit not synching with myfitnesspall

Hi,

I've tried several times to fix this, even got a new phone. I've un-installed and re-installed and nothing has worked. I even went online and "revoked access" under settings and tried again, and you guessed it, it's still not working. Is there a fix for this? Or a similar app that will link with fitbit?

Hello @emilyjanex0, Let me start by giving you a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. I'm wondering if your tracker is syncing normally all your information too?

 

In case the issue is only with MFP and Fitbit,  I would recommend to review if your accounts are connected and MFP has configured your tracker. For more details about these steps please try the recommendations of the following post.

 

In the previous post you will find the some steps you have taken already but I would like to give it another try. If the issue persists please contact MyFitnessPal support.
