Has it worked in the past? You can try revoking access to mfp from within Fitbit and then reconnecting it on the mfp side. I can tell you it's not systemic, because mine seems to be working fine.

I had the same problem last night. Fitbit app would pull calories but MFP wouldn't pull exercise. I tried the revoke permission and re-establish link MFP side. After I did that nothing worked for about 30 mins and then suddenly it was back to normal. I am also getting it doubling up on meal summaries which is an easy fix - delete the incorrect ones. I do have the new dashboard on.
