fitbit one stopped syncing with My Fitness Pal

Had trouble most of the day getting fitbit to sync with MFP.  Last time was at 6:50 (central time zone) this evening.  Tried disconnecting and reconnecting...from both sides...several times, still will not sync.  Please Fitbit and MFP try to get your act together and make this work like it has, and like it should.

I have no issues syncing the 2, but when I was using a Jawbone Up and had a problem it was almost always on the MFP side. Sometimes the syncs would all get stuck in a queue until someone over at MFP realized it and released it.
