fitbit versa is not syncing with myfitness pal

Hi guys can someone please help neither one is transmitting information back and forth to one another. I was looking online and everyone says to revoke access by going to your apps but I cant seem to be able to do so. Can someone please help.

Revoking access is definitely the best way to go about it. Please try to follow these steps:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account icon.
  2. Scroll down and tap or click Manage Data > Manage 3rd Party Apps.
  3. Log in to your Fitbit account.
  4. Tap Revoke Access to disconnect an app from your Fitbit account.
