health connect option not showing

Health connect is not showing up in the options where it's supposed to be "above the log out button".

 

I'm using Fitbit 3.73 on Android 13 on my Google Pixel 6 pro.

I have the health connect app installed and given all access to Fitbit.

My connected device is the Pixel watch with wearOS 3.5.

My country of residence is Taiwan.

I tried logging out and back in, deleting the cache of the app and uninstall and reinstalling the app.
