hoe do i link verified steps with my vitality account?

I purchase fit bits for my wife and I to earn verified workout points for my work Vitality account. I see the steps each day on my Fitbit account, but I do not see these being recognized on my Vitality account   How do I link the logged steps with my Vitality account?
