I went through the MyFitnessPal app (not online).  On Android, the steps are:

Menu (the three lines at the top left next to the logo) > Apps & Devices>Fitbit Tracker.  Mine is already linked, so I'm not sure what steps come after, but that should get you close enough.  Good luck!
