how do i disconnect facebook and google+ from my fitbit account

How do I disconnect my Facebook and Google+ from my fitbit account? Have selected 'access revoked' by error..

@Rosie63 If you want to disconnect Fitbit from Facebook and Google+ and you already clicked on Revoke Access your accounts aren't connected anymore, you can confirm this by going to your Dashboard > click on settings > Applications and you'll see how many apps are connected. 

If you want to connect the apps again, you just need to go to your Dashboard> settings> sharing and you'll see Facebook; to link Google + to your account when you're trying to log into your account, you just need to click on "Log with Google + and it will automatically link both accounts.
