how do you revoke acess for myfitnesspal?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Aparently I have 2 accounts with myfitnesspal and I linked the wrong one.

It says you can revoke access in the Fitbit account settings but I dont see where to do this. Does anyone know how this is done?

Thanks!

Hi @Dannymc, welcome to the Community! To find the "Revoke access" option on your Fitbit account, please go to the "Gear icon" on the upper right corner of your Dashboard

Then go to "Settings"

And finally on the left side, click on "Applications"

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have more questions. Woman Very Happy

Hi, thanks for the reply.
I don't have a gear icon.... 😞
I'm on an iPad if that helps. And I have a surge and those directions you posted are for a charge HR. Are the directions the same?

I seem to have more than one fitness pal account synced with my Fitbit. I’ve revoked all fitness pal accounts as instructed here, then tried to link accounts through fitness pal, but it keeps saying that my Fitbit is already linked to another account. Is this a problem to be resolved through the fitness pal account or through the Fitbit account? It’s frustrating
