Hello - I just upgraded to premium on loseit so that I can sync with my fitbit. For others who have these two services linked, what is your method for using them in conjunction with one another? Is loseit the primary place where you enter all your food? Do you also enter exercise to loseit, or are you entering that into fitbit? Do you find that you only visit loseit's website, or are you also making use of fitbit's dashboard? There are aspects of both services that I like, and I'm feeling a bit overwhelemed by all the data and how to best manage it. Thanks for any insight...

@loudonville187 You should use the LoseIt food database (it contains the larges food database of any calorie counter) and track your activity with your Fitbit tracker because it understands your motions and it's not pre measured average data. Whether you use the LoseIt website or the Fitbit website, is more about which one suits better for your lifestyle and what you're tracking the most. Perhaps this post can help. - I'm sorry that your post went without a response for so long.
