I'm slightly confused since the Fitbit trackers will only synchronise with the Fitbit app on your phone. Any synchronisation with Weight Watchers is done by the Fitbit website after it's received the data from the phone app via the internet.
The tracker itself is not designed to sync directly with the Weight Watchers app.

@MimiDebbie@Tdpetunia1 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Currently, Fitbit does not support the iPhone 6s. Take a look at the list of supported devices. It will be available soon!
With Weight Watchers, I will recommend what @Rich_Laue suggested. Revoke the access of the app and then relink following the Weight Watcher Connection setup.
Let me know how it goes!
