Can the food log that I have enter daily for the past couple of months be integrated with myfitnesspal, so that I can see the integrated results in myfitnesspal?

It actually works the other way around. Most people use MFP as it has a better database. Then it will sync here.

Im not sure if it will go over from here to MFP as I dont use it. But I suspect not. Needs to be logged at MFP then it will move over to here

But you need to link them. Here is the App gallery. Just click om MFP and let its do its thing

https://www.fitbit.com/apps

You might have to do something at MFP as well. But Again I cant say as I dont use it. But try linking here first and see how it goes

Wendy....

Thanks so much for your reply and attempt to get me clear.  I haven't found the clear path to "synching them together".  Maybe I missed reference to this in Fitbit; I did indicate "Fitbit" to be synced in Myfitnesspal, and the Fitbit Flex tracker and Aria scale information, including weight history, do appear in both Fitbit and Myfitnesspal.  But I don't know how to get the food log information which I log into Fitbit to show in Myfitnesspal.  Any advice?  Thanks so much!

Thanks, Wendy...  This makes perfect sense, and is what I was afraid of because I've been logging food into Fitbit...  But I can change that, and start logging food into MFP.  Thanks so much for your comments!!!
