mapmyfitness cant sync heart rate

no matter what i do i cant get it to display my heart rate i have tried everything i can find online of how to sync it etc even factory reset my phone and still nothing shows up for hr. ????

Fitbit doesn't presently allow syncing/exporting/importing of HR data. Supposedly an API is coming, but it's been 7+ months in the making.
