How do I change the accuracy of my fitbit to myfitnesspal. My fit bit gives me way too much credit for what I actually do. I walked maybe 30-45 min. total today (for excercise) and I"m close to 10,000 steps - also figuring in the walking I did normally at my job, but my fitnesspal diary says I've earned 646 in excercise and I have 290 calories left for the day. As much I would love that to be true, I know it's not. But I can't figure out how to to change it. Is that something you change in fitbit, or myfitnesspal?

The fitbit adjustment on MyFitnessPal is actually calculated by MFP. MFP compares what MFP exects you to have burned you your fitbit burn and gives you an adjustment if you are more active than MFP expected. This is mainly based on the activity level setting you have on MFP. If you happen to be set for sedentary and are making 10,000 steps--I am not surprised. A 10,000 step day is more in line with MFP's "active" setting. At "lightly active", I usually start to see an adjustmen after about 7,000-8,000 steps. At sedentary, I believe I start to see an adjustment after about 5,000ish steps. It sounds like you are just more active than your MFP activity level setting.

Check the stride length you have setup. If you have it set greater than you actually walk it will calculate based on that input. I had just the opposite. I had under calculated my step distance in the setup and was short each time when comparing it against the exercise equipment.
