I am wearing my FB 24/7. My exercise is primarily treadmill or walking outdoors. I usually do 45 min 4-5x a week. I currently have my MFP activity level set at lightly active. Should I reset it to sedentary?

Most of the posts on forums or articles advice to set MP on 'Sedentary' level and to eat back your calories if you want.

For me Sedentary = 1800 calories and Lightly Active = 2040 calories so there is only 240 calories difference.

A follow-up question...

Am I double-dipping if I get steps for walking on treadmill and then log time on treadmill in MFP?
