I recently bought a flex and is doesn't sync with myfitnesspal correctly. Also, how do you use the pc insert after using it at the gym?

@dolphin20009 I'm sorry to hear about that. What specidfic issues are you seeing with MFP? I always recommend unlinking and re-linking the accounts to be safe and to see if the makes a difference.
Also, are you referring to the dongle? Please check out this help article for specific help with syncing to your PC. You can also sync to your smart phone/tablet, depending on the type you have.
