negative adjustment for fitness pal app

Does any one know where the negative adjustment for my fit bit activity into the my fitness pal app. It says negative adjustment is diasabled and i need to set it in my fit bit but i cannot find where to change that setting

As far as I know the only place there is a setting for this is in MyFitnessPal at http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/diary_settings
