 I linked to my Flex to my 'MyFittnessPal" account, and now get "fitbit calorie adjustment" entrys there.  How do I turn that off?

I don't think you can. There is a setting within MyFitnessPal that lets you turn off negative adjustments but positive adjustments are the whole reason for linking the account to fitbit. If you really want to turn them off you'll need to disconnect the account and thereby disable the syncing.

You can actually "disable" negative caloried adjustment in the MyFitnessPal.  I don't remember exactly which setting though.
