Hello @jasonritson25, good to see you again in the Fitbit Community.  I'm wondering how much calorie allowance is showing your Fitbit account? Note that your Surge syncs with your Fitbit account and this information is shared to your MFP account. Your tacker is not able to sync directly with MFP.

Based on the previous explanation, note that your calorie allowance change depending on how active you were during the day including the amount of steps, active minutes and Exercise logged on your Dashboard. This amount of calories are later transferred to MFP.

If there is a fluctuation of calories between MFP and Fitbit perhaps the following post: MyFitnessPal: How to correct calorie discrepancy from MFP to Fitbit.

Hope this helps. If you have more questions just let me know.

i give up wearing the surge in less that a week & went back to my old polar m400

as on my day off work i just sat around the house i didnt do much & the surge said i burned 4669 calories at the end of the day

then a active day with the polar m400 says i burned 3066 calories

its a shame as i like the built in heart rate monitor & the sleep tracking of the surge
