I use FITBIT and Lose it . The Lose it program shows about 400 calories burned per hour of walking but FITBIT shows around 1500 or more. Is the FITBIT estimation or Lose it correct?

@Richie2718 A warm welcome to the Community!

You should be seeing the same amount of calories burned in both apps because Fitbit sends calorie data only to LoseIt. LoseIt compares your estimate calorie burn from Fitbit and adjusts your calorie goal.

If you're not seeing the same, please unlink and relink both accounts.

Suddenly I noticed that my FitBit says I have 1500 calories to go today. I already ate 702 calories.  My steops are 2771 at 3PM..and no exercise today.  Normally, I only get 1500 total calories a day.   I have burned 1248 cals today.

What is wrong?

@Ginger00 Hey there!

The amount of calories that you're allow to eat will be based on how many calories you've burned. In order to have more accuracy showing how many calories you can eat, please sync your tracker and after this check your Dashboard.

If you're more active you'll allow to eat more, if you're less active you'll allow to eat less. Rest assure this will always be based on your Food Plan Intensity and personal information.
