Does anyone understand how to link the two so that they update automatically. It is saying on my activity page in WW that I am syncing - but nothing is showing up.

You should be asking this at WW as its thier problem . Not Fitbits.
Go to account settings On the WW site and select Device setup. and clink on Fitbit to unlink it. Shut down browser, reopen go back to WW account settings and relink it.
If it doesnt work contact WW Support.
