First started noticing problems on the morning of August 11. My Fitbit Versa 4 woke me up by vibrating and I realized it was stuck in a reboot loop. Once it calmed down, the button stopped working altogether and I've been relying on swiping to use certain functions (no Google Wallet tho, RIP). I performed a factory reset and it seemed usable, but again, the button doesn't work. This past week my Fitbit woke me up around 2am stuck in a reboot loop. Putting it on the charger calmed it down but when the screen came back on it was asking what language I wanted! Now TODAY, September 3, it has been on and off in a boot loop and AGAIN reset ON ITS ON. I can't even manage to use the button but this thing can just decide to reset itself??? I'm not usually a conspiracy theorist but is Google killing Fitbits on purpose with shoddy firmware updates 🙄
