Ability to edit floor count on Versa 4

One Suggestion is for Fitbit make it so that you can adjust the stair count. So many times mine can be off especially if I have 2 hold on to the railing coming up. Hopefully they'll add that sooner then later. Thank you for your time.

Hi there, @Thumper4Ever. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thank for taking the time to share your experience with us. I understand how important it would be to you to be able to adjust the stair count on your Versa 4.

Nevertheless, please note that you can delete floors by following these steps:

  1. From the Today tab,  tap the Steps tile.
  2. Tap the 3 dots icon in the top right > Manage data > Delete Data.
  3. Tap Floors or Steps. Choose the time period you want to delete the data from and confirm your changes.

I'd like to reinforce that your Fitbit devices may give you credit for extra floors for a variety of reasons. Devices may track floors while doing everyday tasks such as opening doors, driving, or riding elevators or escalators, or from abrupt weather and atmospheric pressure changes. Exposure to excess moisture can also result in extra floors. For more information, see: Why does my Fitbit device count extra floors? You can also find more information about tracking activity in this help article: How does my Fitbit device calculate my daily activity?

Every feedback shared in the Community Forums is appreciated and passed along to evaluate our procedures and enhance your Fitbit experience, and yours won't be the exception. If you need anything else, let me know.
