I wear my Fitbit all day, especially when golfing using a cart. Am I correct that Fitbit switches to GPS snd therefore Fitbit tracks cart movement as steps?

Some people experience steps when driving and choose driving as an exercise to get a more accurate count. It is also possible it doesn't count steps when pushing a shopping trolley.
