Activate Alexa

It's impossible to activate Alexa for me. The tab Voice Activation/Alexa/Whatever doesn't show up via Today-Profile-Versa 4. I've logged out and in, cleared cookies, restarted both FitBit and iPhone, but no luck. I am based in The Netherlands which is included in the list that should have Alexa. Please help!

Hi @SunsetRunner  - sync the watch, then remove the Bluetooth entry for the Versa 4 and then in the app, Click profile photo and " Set up a Device" and replace.

If you need more assistance you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.

Thanks for your advice, unfortunately it didn't work. As for contacting support, in the Netherlands the only way seems to be Twitter, which I don't use.

I am not sure what I mean by that, I'm not a native speaker. Here in The Netherlands I don't have an option to chat... 

Anyway, still no solution.
