When I try to set up to check Afib it will not allow me to enter my birthdate. Any help is appreciated

Haven't you already entered your birthdate when registering your Fitbit? Are you trying to change to check aFib?

I did. But when I click on you on bottom right of app the bday is blank and won’t allow me to enter.

I see. My mistake. Sometimes that happens when you haven't scrolled to the bottom of the screen, like you have not read whole message but that does not appear to be the case here but could try seeing if could scroll further down to un-gray the 'Next'.
Other than that, I'm no help Sorry.

I wish it was that easy. I have a went all the way to the bottom and nothing happens. I did a reset and am hoping this helps. We will see

my husband and I both bought the versa 4 and his showed his birthday and hooked up fine but mine will not. It won’t even give me the option to enter my birthday on the Afib page. My birthday is on the Fitbit app so I don’t understand. It may just be defective .

I had the same problem. Put your finger on the part that says date of birth and then scroll down. This should show your birthday and then ask your gender. That should help!
