After latest Andriod update couple days ago can't answer phone calls

Says connection error when trying to answer call. Reboot phone and re-install app no help.. On-wrist calls screen says paired with "Versa 4 Calls" but there is no "Versa 4 calls" link in Bluetooth list anymore. FW version 61.20001.184.52. What the heck..

Have you tried setting up calls. Sometimes with an OS update, permissions get reset.

In the Permissions list all 4 are checked off. Phone calls, Contacts, Call Logs, and SMS. Main On-calls screen says "On-wrist calls set" And of course says "Done" at bottom of screen.

But have you gone through the process of setting up calls since the android
update.
Or restarted the fitbit?

Didn't think it was the Versa but rebooted it and now have the "Versa 4 calls" BT link back and now able to answer calls.

So now reboot device after app update is the lesson here lol

Fitbit should tell us "Please restart your device after installing this update"

Hi @scd5280 - if you experience connection difficulties of any sort it is a good idea to restart the watch AND logout of the app and restart the phone which can often be the problem too.
