Alexa doesn't work on my Versa 4

On my Versa 4 Alexa is very garbled and not clear.

You got further than many of us. I never could get Alexa to work on my Versa 4.

@MarreFitbit Thanks. Done all that. Works fine on my Versa 2 but never worked on the Versa 4. I don’t want to steal @SunsetRunner thread, so if it ever bothers me I’ll start a different thread.
