Hi,
I have just received the Versa 4 today, moving over from a Blaze. All set up ok (Including Google Wallet after update) but am experiencing all sorts of issues with Alexa. I have a number of Alexa devices at home in most rooms including Echo Auto in my car, used them for a number of years.
Problem I am having with the Versa 4 is that it only seems to understand about 2 in 10 requests, I keep getting the "say again" message constantly, even on occasion before I have said anything or even finished saying something and I also get lots of red "no internet" notifications on my watch stating the phone is offline, when it is not. My phone is a Google Pixel 4a which itself has Alexa on it and that works fine and the phone has no connectivity issues.
the Versa 4 version of Alexa does seem to be extremely bad in comparison to any other device I have ever used.
I have calls routing to the watch and having tested that the microphone on the watch appears to be absolutely fine, which makes me think it's the software on the watch.
I've not found any information anywhere about Alexa on the Versa 4, anyone got any recommendations or is this a known issue?

Forgot to add, I have signed out and back onto Alexa, have uninstalled and reinstalled the Alexa app on my phone, situation has not improved.

I'm having the same problem I uninstalled my fitbit from my phone, because I had 4 different tabs. Never thought taking 1 off would take all 4 off. Now I am unable to do anything with Alexa. It just says I'm off line. I am going to call in the morning for help. Couldn't do it today because it is Christmas. When I get it fixed I will pass the info off to you

I got the Versa 4 for Christmas from my son. I had the Versa 2. So many apps are not available and a lot of clock faces are not available. Hope they update soon. I can't connect to Alexa, let me know if you figure this out please,
