Alexa isn't working on my Versa 4

With my fitbit versa 4.. There is no sound, it's X'd out when I talk to Alexa on my watch. I don't receive phone calls on watch. CAN you help??

Hi @patrole - first try holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.

If this doesn't help try try Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.

Login and try again.

You may also need to setup the voice assistant again in the Fitbit App.

Thank you for responding to my question. I had tried so many things. As a
last resort I fully charged my phone and my watch before following what
your suggested. It had not been my first time resetting my watch but had
not thought of clearing the cache etc.. Today, when I checked my watch
there was Alexa voice 🤩. Then I used my house phone to call my cellphone
and I was able to answer on my
watch 🤩. THANK YOU THANK YOU!!
