It stopped working about 4 months ago. All the smart devices with Alexa is pointless in my home. If it won't listen any longer. Guessing it is the microphone that has failed as it doesn't have the sound waves as though it hears me.
I've cleaned out the microphone holes.
Factory Reset the watch several times.
Deleted the Alexa and Fitbit apps from my phone and set them up again.
It's pointless. Hope After chat comes back online I can get it replaced.
