I bought my Versa 4 last year and Alexa has kept disconnecting. I have to go into the app and resetup and connect. Is there any news on fixing the issue please?

Hello there, @barry5pies. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with Alexa prior to posting here.
In addition to the steps you've done so far, please try the following in the order listed (even if some of them you've tried already):
- Restart your Versa 4
- Log out from the Fitbit app
- Clear the app cache
- Restart your phone
- Log back in
- Set up Alexa again and test it out
If the issue persists, please see What should I do if my voice assistant doesn't work on my Fitbit smartwatch?
As a friendly reminder, note that you can have only 1 active voice assistant at a time (Alexa or Google Assistant). To switch to a different voice assistant, first disconnect your active voice assistant. For more information, see How do I disconnect my voice assistant?

I’ve done all that and Alexa has immediately lost connection. It’s been a problem since I got the phone. I’m repeatedly having to re sync the phone and set up Alexa many times per day. I’ve now given up. It’s not worth my wasted time & effort.
