Spent multiple hours trying to overcome this issue without success. I have an up to date iPhone 13 with Fitbit set to run in background. I have an up to date Fitbit app with all the correct settings and yet the connection doesn’t stay connected. Reset the watch and reinstalled the Fitbit app. Has anybody been successful with an iPhone 13 and Versa 4? I’m this close to returning the watch!

I give up. I spent too much money on a Fitbit with promising features and now way too much time unsuccessfully trying to make everything work. Sadly I’m returning the Versa 4.
