Please allow the FitOn app to connect with the versa 4 and fitbit. Right now you only allow versa 3 and sense.

Hello @KatieVo and welcome to the Community.  I’m sorry, but there are no third party apps for the Versa 4 and there are no plans to change this.

Hi there, @KatieVo. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products and services into consideration.

As @LZeeW has mentioned, third party apps cannot be installed on Versa 4 or Sense 2 as on other Fitbit devices. I understand why this might be helpful. Even though we truly appreciate that you've taken the time to come here and share your thoughts about this, please note at this time there are no plans to implement this feature on Versa 4.
