Anybody on ADHD meds notice that the watch shows stress is very high?

When I'm on meds, the stress is like at the max. I understand that is physiological stress and related to how precise the heartbeats are. Just wondering if this is normal. When I'm not on meds, my stress shows low. I think it might be screwing up other metrics, like it tells me my Diabetes risk is insane and should probably see a doctor.

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @ryuk6!

To me this sounds as if your body, perhaps your metabolism, is leaning up against your current meds. How long have you been in this medical treatment so far?
Maybe it would be a good idea to consult your doc?

@ryuk6   Fitbit's Help article describes the factors that are used in the Stress Management Score: How do I track and manage stress with my Fitbit device?  Many ADHD meds are stimulants.  The Stress Management Score isn't reliable when you take medications like ADHD meds.
