App keeps closing when I try to load the help and support part of the app

Thanks for sharing with me the inconvenience regarding the Fitbit app.

I'd suggest you follow these steps:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the support part is available now.
