App not working properly

For several weeks now there are so many features that are either not working or are totally inaccurate. The hourly feature is blank. Nothing comes up. Can’t see how many steps I am doing in an hour. It tells me that I have done 80, 90 or 100 floors a day and that’s simply isn’t correct. Stress management score has gone away again! That’s just a few things. What is going on? When will these bugs be fixed because I’m paying a lot of money for premium subscription and I’m getting all kinds of wrong information or no information

Hi @Bogeyboo ,

1.) Google doesn't usually release dates for when there's a planned fix for bugs.

2.) For the stairs, I have found that even a gust of wind will cause the altimeter to activate, so I haven't paid too much attention to that.

3.)What do you mean that you can't see how many steps you did in an hour?  Can you send a screenshot of where you're looking?

4.) I found after updating the app that the Stress Management score returned for me, so you may want to check for the latest update.

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding your Fitbit app. 

I'm not sure if you are still experiencing this difficulty. If so, please confirm that you are using the latest version of the Fitbit app.

In addition, try to follow these steps:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the issue is still happening.
