App notifications not loading

I reset my Fitbit because I was having issues and now I can’t get any notifications. When I go into the app, it just says this, even though I have been receiving notifications from my apps. I saw someone say it works if you change the language on your phone from English UK to US, but I don’t want my phone to be permanently in US, and not all apps came up when I did that anyway eg WhatsApp, Snapchat.

On iPhone go to settings>apps>fitbit>Language>English

it's only the Fitbit app language that "changes" and it is to the default English. This problem drove me crazy for about two weeks

Hi, I haven’t got an option to change language for my Fitbit?

It isn't in the Fitbit app, it is the phone settings that need the language changed
